I like it. lately I've also been a tad confused as to when the council plans on delivering a stone. Hawkthorn got one and subsequently disappeared (My whoever thought that would happen) I'd like to point out that they could likely haggle for even more things should they deliver stones 1 at a time. But anyway, just the secretive nature/infrequent visits by mystics lead to a feeling that the rest of puddleby is going to be screwed by the council.
