Orga

The orga are technologically backward, but seem to be more advanced than the major races in offensive magic. They are also capable of producing teleportation stones, some of which have been captured by exile Mystics.

There's nothing in the orga camp to suggest the orga are capable of building sophisticated structures or devices--but then, it is only a camp. I've heard of an orga village far to the east, but I have never seen sketches or visionstones of it. Perhaps they have buildings or tools there.

Legend has it that the orga destroyed the winged centaur civilization using magic, and when asked why he never tried to ally with them Qual said, "the orga are strange." Perhaps the orga normally rely on magic (and their own great strength) instead of technology.
