After searching for ore and doing a bit of hunting, I decided to kill some time (and probably myself) by taking the fourth circle fighter test. Cerbera was not particularly encouraging, but to my considerable surprise I actually passed!

As it happens, I made a visionstone of the test.

Today was the Puddleby Players' presentation of Zomeo and Thoomiet.

As I was returning to town from an (unsuccessful) search for ore, I passed Lorikeet, Taryn, and Yosaku heading out. Taryn invited me to come along and help rescue Geotzou, who had fallen near the portal in the Foothills. Somewhat foolishly, I accepted, and the rescue went the way all of my rescues do. Fortunately, the others were able to rescue Geotzou, and they were able to clear out the large number of Midnight Wendeckas.

This type of wendecka, which I had not encountered before, had very valuable furs which often exceeded my Skea training. Fortunately, Yosaku had considerably more training and was able to recover all of the furs that the rest of us missed.
