Old Cemetery

The Old Cemetery is located in a lightly-wooded area beyond the marsh. There are several graves here, but no mausoleums or other structures. The tombstones are not overgrown, and they show little subsidence despite the soft ground near the marsh. It appears that this cemetery is no more than 50 years old, which is consistent with the founding of Puddleby.

Most of the tombstones do not have readable inscriptions. The exception is the grave of Famkuld--the inscription on his tombstone is shown in the sketches. The inscription is in Common, which also points to the Puddlebyian origins of this cemetary.

There were quite a few undine present when I arrived at the cemetery, and more appeared while I was there. This makes the cemetery a dangerous place to visit alone, but fortunately I had the able assistance of Ayella and Topaz. There is a safe area under a tree on the western side of the cemetery, where gray shirts can be purchased.
