Steve, thanks for participating and for blogging. I wanted to post something but didn't know how to go about it.

Accidents happen. We don't have to encounter a car to be injured, but we're going to lose when we do. It is important to remind everyone that cyclists have a right to the road as well as cars. We're much more vulnerable than those who venture out in 5,000 lb vehicles. We need to be visible and assertive.
