Wow! I have just been thinking about this word, and googled it today. I'm staying in a hostel in Australia & nobody will agree with me that 'outwith' is a word. I'm Irish but I guess I've been living in Scotland too long. I think it should be in the dictionary. What other word can you use for the opposite of within?!
