Eyes of Puddleby

• There is a sign by the docks stating "Have 500,000 coppers tribute ready by Merdi, the tenth Day of Spring, or else. Signed Kiril Drakesblood." Using the Winds of Dawn's date details page and using 12:00 PM PST as the time, the OOC date turns out to be Sun, 16 Feb 2003 07:47 am PST.
• There are a growing number of small and large puddles in the Temple where Masters Spirtus, Mentus, and Bodrus teach as well as the altar that is key to the self-heal ability of healers. Both Master Mentus and Master Spirtus find the puddles to be so disturbing that they cannot concentrate enough to teach new students.
• The Darshak Theocracy seems to have something up their collective sleeves although the details are not yet known. Aravir has a good description of several recent incidents in his 90th day of Winter, 549 entry which also recounts an attempt to correct the Temple puddle problem.
• The sand on the west beaches have moved inland.
• You can now get a ledger to teach others the native languages if you can speak them all.
• The Fighter Pub is now complete and sells beer for 6c and Stout for 8c. It also connects to the underground.
• When you talk with a trainer, they ask you if you're sure if you want to train with them which will do a great deal to prevent accidental switching of trainers when all you want to do is check your progress.
• The unfinished building underground no longer has a sign that says "Under Construction" but "Miner's guild - members only." Alas, no one seems to have any clue as to how to become a miner or how to join the miner's guild.
• The pools in the Myrm Hive and on Ash Island have a changed look with a darker blue water and a more pronounced shore.
• The pentagram in the Dark Temple has candles and a scary skull statue which looks as though it is suitable for worship. There are also blood stains and a skeleton of what Aravir thinks was a child.
• The underground was expanded even though Und'rus is still collecting building materials to expand the underground north. I shall attempt to update WorldWalker's fine underground map with the new areas since WorldWalker is on an extended vacation.
