Thanks go primarily to Greg Pierce for the major upgrade to the prefs interface, found in both the /members/ area and the /admin/ area of every site.

Imrpovements include:

• Tab-panel interface, so that prefs are displayed in smaller, more focused groupings
• Contextual help (help links next to almost every item in the preferences)

We know that this doesn't solve every problem with the admin interface, but we feel that it's a big step in the right direction.

The structure editor is due for an overhaul similar to the prefs interface, and we'll be introducing a number of new pages in the admin area that group the prefs from different plugins into logical categories, such as "security" (the old pages will remain, as they're generated automatically).
