Conversant can now generate an "outline" page anywhere in your site, that lists all of the pages and sub-directories at a given level (and below).

You can see an example at http://www.free-conversant.com/support/docs/

The documentation for this feature is still being written, but it's quite easy to use so we're making it available before the docs are completed.

To set up a new outline:

  1. Visit your Conversation's structure editor, in the admin/ area
  2. Navigate through the structure editor until you're in the directory where you want the outline created
  3. At the bottom of the page, enter the name for your new outline in the Navigation Title text box
  4. Change the File Type popup menu to "WebOutline"
  5. Click on the Add New File button

You then have two choices: edit the properties of your new outline page (by clicking on it in the list of pages), or viewing the page in your browser.
