Have you considered value based subscription? I know a fiscal magazine in
the Netherlands that is free of charge, they ask the subscribers what they
are willing to pay for it. The subscriber can determine for himself what he
can pay or what value the magazine has, even if you don't pay, you will
still get the magazine and that's the only contribution they receive. I
don't know the ins and outs, but my organization would for example
absolutely consider donating a certain amount for access to IR.
