A numbeer of sites have picked up on the BBC story to the effect that Firefox has increased its market share recently. However, it it worth bearing in mind that Microsoft still has the lion's share of the market and that when a new IE product is brought to the market Firefox's share is likely to slump. The other start-up browsers that have been seen recently are likely to disappear entirely - if Firefox can only gain about 10% anything else is likely to obtain a minuscule proportion.
