Good to hear from you - hope all is well with you and yours.

Someone else mailed me to tell me that the Jansen paper actually had 15 citations in WoS. However, when I used Jansen, Inform Res, and 2000 in the search boxes, it returned zero - clearly, there's something very seriously amiss with ISI's search procedures - perhaps you've got a student who'd like to investigate that kind of problem more closely :-)
