Apparently, Firefox put out a call for a new design for Version 2 (which should be imminent) and the result can be seen at the Tinytech site

Looks pretty unexciting to me - the IE7 Beta (Beta 3 now available) has got a lot more going for it in design terms. However, no doubt one of those clever people who design themes for Firefox will come up with an equivalent.
