According to chapter 7 in the book entitled, Research in the Digital Age: How to Locate and Evaluate Information Sources, by Leslie F. Stebbins states several strategies for researching government documents. Some of the strategies include:
1. "Use a specialized search engine or index
2. Go to the web site of the agency producing that information
3. Use historical indexes to locate older government documents"

1. GPO Access

2. FedWorld/ National Technical Information Service (NTIS)
www.ntis.gov
3. Google's Uncle Sam
