Welcome to the Information Research Weblog.

If you have happened upon this site by chance, you may not be aware of Information Research, which is an open access, refereed, electronic journal covering the information field generally, that is, information management, information science, information systems, records management, and librarianship.

The aim of this Weblog is to enable readers of Information Research to exchange information on publications, Web sites, or whatever, that they've come across that may be of interest to others. It is not intended to be a discussion list: IR-DISCUSS exists for that purpose.

Getting started with submitting entries is quite straightforward. First, you have to register - only members can post messages and only members of what I shall call the "We-blog Group" can post directly to the log. To become a Group member you send a message, either by using the New Message link on the right-hand navigation bar, or by e-mail to "irweblog-site@free-conversant.com
