First of all, remember that a free account on Free-Conversant only permits one Conversation. If you want to have additional Conversations, you'll need to sign up for one of the paid hosting packages.
Once you've got that done, go to the Admin Interface for your site, which is usually located at the URL for your site with "/admin" added onto the end of the URL. (E.g., if your site's URL is http://www.goodbreakfast.com/, the URL for administration would probably be at http://www.goodbreakfast.com/admin.)
Click on "Manage Conversations", and then simply fill in the "Create New Conversation" form, specifying what you want the new conversation to be called and who you'd like to be a member. Then click the "Create New Conversation" button, and you've created the Conversation!
Important Tip: If you're having trouble using your new conversation, you may have to "teach" it its correct URL. You can do this by visiting the new conversation's LearnAddress page. The URL for that page will be constructed of your site's URL, plus the new conversation's name, plus "__LearnAddress__". For example, if you wanted to create a Conversation on the Good Breakfast site specifically for discussing the pros and cons of various cereals, the LearnAddress page would be at http://www.goodbreakfast.com/cereals/__LearnAddress__. (There are two underscores on either side of "LearnAddress" in the URL.)
