FAQ: I can't log in to my site/account. Help!

The first thing to remember here is that Conversant uses your email address as your account ID. Make sure you're using the email address with which you registered to log in. Also, passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure your caps lock key isn't down and that you're using capitals when needed.

If none of these hints allow you to log in, then email the administrator of the site you're trying to log in to and ask her to reset your password for you. Because Conversant passwords are encrypted, the administrator can't tell you what your password is, but can only reset it. If it's your own site you're having difficulty with, post here or send email to support@free-conversant.com.
