Four and a half years ago, in February 2002, in Southern California, I gave a speech entitled, 'A Prayer for America.' In that speech, I outlined my concern about the Bush Administration acting above the law, without regard for the Constitution and with virtually no oversight from Congress. Sadly, four and half years after I gave that speech all of what I said has come true. From Iraq to Afghanistan, from illegal domestic spying to snooping into people's banking records, from North Korea to Iran, from Guantanamo to Abu Ghraib, at every turn this Administration has failed the American people, made our nation less safe, and has operated with contempt for the Constitution, dismissing the most basic principles of our democracy.
Because I have had the courage to stand-up and speak the truth, the Bush Administration is trying to defeat me this November. They have gone so far as to send one of their own from Washington to Cleveland to run against me in this fall’s election. My opponent in this November’s election is a former member of the Bush Administration who has spent much of the last few years advocating the very policies that have put our country in the very peril it is in today. Many of you have given generously in the past, and I am very grateful, but I need your help once again so I can continue my leadership in Congress. clip..

Mexico Presidential Election Ballots Found in Dump 07/06/2006 (excerpt)

Although official tallies indicated a victory for Calderón of 0.3%, the Mexican newspaper El Universal reported that 10 ballot boxes and a polling station report were found in a garbage dump in a poor neighbourhood in Mexico City, according to Reuters. The ballots came from three precincts in the city of Nezahuacoyotl, a López Obrador stronghold according to the website Narco News. In another indication of electoral fraud, ballots were also found in a second garbage dump in the city of Xalapa, the capital of the Mexican State of Veracruz. clip.. 1) Establishment of a Trilateral Regulatory Cooperative Framework. The leaders said: We affirm our commitment to strengthen regulatory cooperation in this and other key sectors and to have our central regulatory agencies complete a "trilateral regulatory cooperation framework" by 2007.
2) Establishment of the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC). The NACC is to be the council, junta of business executives and government ministers, who make recommendations for executive action.
3) Provision for North American Emergency Management. Develop a common disaster response, for events whether natural or man-made; and there will be coordinated training and exercises, with the participation of all levels of government in all countries.
4) Provision for Avian and Human Pandemic Influenza Management. Develop a comprehensive, science-based and coordinated approach within North America to avian influenza and human pandemic influenza management.
5) Development of North American Energy Security. Collaborate amongst business executives and governmental agencies for energy security.
6) Assure Smart, Secure Borders North American Borders. Establish checkpoints at borders; develop the North American trusted traveler program and provide a trilateral network for the protection of judges and officers.

Two of the Bush sons, Neil (Silverado S&L) and Jeb (Broward Federal S&L) were intimately tied into the S&L collapse. George W. Bush, through his financial stake in Harken Energy, benefited from money provided by the defunct Bank of Credit and Commerce
International (BCCI), a major avenue for Iran-Contra weapons and drug money laundering activities. Marvin Bush served as Finance Chairman of the Virginia Republican Party until 1991, after the collapse of the S&Ls.
Marvin served as the Virginia Republican Party's finance chair shows definite links between the youngest Bush brother and the CIA-led network. Farhad Azima, an Iranian expatriate who was close to the Shah's family, owned Global International, which was involved in transporting arms for the CIA along with an associated air company, Race Aviation. Azima was a major contributor to the GOP, including Virginia Senate and House candidates, when Marvin was in charge of finances for the Virginia Republicans. The contributions came from Aviation Leasing and LCA Partners, two of Azima's companies. Global's planes were maintained by Southern Air Transport, a CIA proprietary that flew weapons to the Contras and drugs back from Latin America. Azima was
also involved with Mario Renda in Indian Springs Bank of Kansas City. Renda, who was convicted of bilking $16 million from the S&Ls and tax fraud, was a Long Island mob figure who brokered drug money laundering for the CIA and the National Security Council. Renda was associated with four collapsed Virginia Savings & Loans: Heritage S&L, Investors S&L, Virginia Beach
Federal S&L, and First S&L. Indian Springs collapsed in 1984, a year after its president died in a suspicious car fire.
After the collapse of BCCI and the S&Ls, the Bush family required a new slush fund. It would not be a bank but something with which the Bushes were very familiar -- an energy company specializing in oil and natural gas. Enron, headed up by Bush friend and

On April 18, 2005, The Chicago Tribune ran a story on George W. Bush's 2004 Federal Income Tax Return. Bush listed his address as: Post Office Box 803968, Chicago, Illinois, 60680. The post office box is the downtown post office box of -- Northern Trust -- the financial group that held Enron's pension and other financial assets. It is also the holding company that maintains George W. Bush's blind trust. Bush money, Enron money, GOP right-wing PAC money, and God only knows what covert action funds, all handled by the same company. It does sound all so familiar. Enron is dead and so is Ken Lay. Long live the new Bush slush fund -- Northern Trust. The question remains. What did Ken Lay know about Northern Trust? One can assume plenty. For the Bushes, its better that one dead man is now in a position to keep their secrets.

Tulsa—May 15, 2006—TomFlocco.com—An internet routing plot plan verifying the exact travel of website data has revealed that stories and other communications e-mailed from a Pennsylvania computer to be posted at a server i n Tulsa, Oklahoma are first routed into Denver / Colorado Springs and then across the Atlantic to Amsterdam, Holland, back through Denver and then to the hosting server in Tulsa. The discovery was made by the webmaster for TomFlocco.com after becoming curious about the internet route taken by the data and the length of time it took to post a new story when the data only had to travel over the webmaster’s phone line across the state to the hosting server in Tulsa.
After contacting a U.S. intelligence source, we were told that Department of Justice (DoJ) investigators have identified an Israeli intelligence internet provider in Amsterdam as a co-conspirator with both the National Security Agency (NSA) and Verizon-MCI in the ongoing Bush administration spy intrusion into the private and personal lives of millions of Americans without their previous knowledge or permission. Another federal agency official with long-time experience and impeccable credentials told us, “MCI is an NSA shadow company. Just remember that MCI equals NSA and youâ€=99ll always be correct in your research and investigation.”
On February 14, 2005, Verizon announced its intention to purchase MCI for $6.7 billion, but federal prosecutors probing NSA spying will have reason to subpoena Verizon regarding whether the Bush administration’s approval of Verizon’s MCI takeover had anything to do with the company’s willingness to provide private phone and email records to the NSA to spy on U.S. citizens.
U.S. intelligence sources within the Special Operations Group (SOG) are reporting that NSA computers have been downloading financial and personal files of all American citizens as a result of upgrades to the Echelon satellite network and software program which is part of the Prosecutor’s Management Information System (PROMIS).SOG says the NSA has a “7-10 second lead time” which effectively affords the agency the opportunity to delay the release of currency, stock and bond sales transactions permitting a criminal advantage to agency officials and other high-level associates who game the system of the world’s financial markets to steal investment capital from both U.S. and foreign citizens throughout the world. A TomFlocco.com phone call on Friday to Verizon seeking comment for this report on why the company provided personal phone records to the NSA without the knowledge or permission of its customers resulted in a “no comment” response from a Verizon spokesperson identifying herself only as Mrs. Singh: “We are not able to comment on whether we have cooperated with the NSA in this matter since this is a classified issue. Later that afternoon, wide news reports indicated that Verizon was sued for $5 billion for illegally providing phone numbers and records to the NSA without the knowledge or permission of Verizon customers.

One year ago, on the morning ofJuly 7th 2005, someone detonated four carefully placed bombs in London. Three exploded on London underground trains within 50 seconds of each other at 8.50 am, the first on the sub-surface eastbound Circle Line, the second on the sub-surface westbound Circle Line, a third on the deep-level underground southbound Piccadilly Line. A fourth bomb exploded almost an hour later at 9.47 am on the upper deck of a double decker bus in Tavistock Square.
Having intially believed that power surges in the underground power grid had caused explosions in power circuits, the British government quickly announced that this was a terrorist attack, and identified four ' home-grown Islamic suicide bombers' from CC camera footage of them allegedly entering Luton train station on the morning of July 7th.
Later on the same day, a claim of responsibility was made by a 'previously unknown group' calling itself 'The Secret Cell of al-Qaida of Jihad inEurope' and posted on an Islamic website. On teh same day, a letter dated June 20th allegedly from Osama bin Laden, was released wherein the al-Qaida leader said that the London bombings were part of a wider al-Qaida summer offensive:
Later in September 2005, alleged 'al-Qaeda' deputy leader 'Ayman al-Zawahri', in a videotaped message aired on Arab television station al-Jazeera, stated for the first time that 'al-Qaeda' carried out the 7 July suicide bombings.
As mentioned, the claim of responsibility made by the previously unknown 'Secret Cell of al-Qaida of Jihad inEurope' was posted on an Islamic website. A little research turns up the following report from the UK Guardian which states: "The claim of responsibility for the London attacks was first posted on one of the dozens of Islamic websites that are routinely monitored by western intelligence services. It was posted on an Arabic website, al-qal3ah.com, which is registered by Qalaah Qalaah inAbu Dhabi and hosted by a server in Houston. The Houston company that owns the server has intriguing connections. Everyone’s Internet was founded by brothers Robert and Roy Marsh in 1998 and by 2002 had an income of more than $30m (now about £17m). Renowned for his charitable work, Roy Marsh counts among his friends President George Bush’s former sister-in-law, Sharon Bush, and the president’s navy secretary".
After analyzing the explosive material used in the Mike’s Place attack, the Mossad concluded it was produced inChina and later smuggled into Britain, the paper reports. The explosives were apparently stashed by terrorists connected to al-Qaeda who were able to evade raids by British security forces. According to the newspaper, Mossad Chief Meir Dagan said the explosive in question is very powerful, and “much more lethal than plastic explosives and can be smuggled undetected due to its composition. The Mossad was also able to determine the substance was developed and produced at the Chinese ZDF arms factory, located about 65 kilometers (about 40 miles) fromBeijing, the paper reports.
As a general rule, two-bit terrorist organisations and British teenagers would find it difficult to procure high-grade military explosives from Chinese arms factories that generally confine their business to the world of international arms deals between governments. It is certainly interesting that explosives used in alleged "islamic terror attacks" in London and Israel are being traced to arms factories in China, especially since the UK and Israel both have long-standing arms deals with China, which include such high-grade military explosives.
Amazingly, on the morning ofJuly 7th 2005,a UK-based crisis management firm, Visor Consultants, was running terror drills that simulated bomb attacks at the very same train stations as the actual bombings. The managing director of Visor Consultants, Peter Power, an ex-Scotland Yard anti-terror branch man, stated on ITN news onJuly 7th 2005: POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.
Mr. Power refused to name the company that had employed his services to stage the mock terror attack onLondon underground trains, however, the Visor website states "our clients include one of the top seven companies in the USA and key Departments of the UK Government." Can it really be a mere coincidence that a crisis management company was running a terror drill that simulated terrorist bombings on the very same London underground trains and stations at the very same time as duplicate real bombings were occurring? Should the fact that the very same coincidence occurred on the morning of September 11th 2001 when FEMA was conducting a simulated bioterrorism attack in New York raise any eyebrows? The US government called this a "bizarre coincidence". What would you call it? At what point does 'coincidence' become evidence of criminal activity?
On the morning of 9/11, with FEMA, oh so conviniently already on the ground as the attacks occurred, a Mr. Richard Sheirer, in his capacity as Director of the Mayor’s Office of Emergency Management, was heavily involved in overseeing the City’s rescue and recovery operations. On departing the office of the Mayor of New York, Giuliani established Giuliani and Partners, a company "dedicated to helping leaders solve critical strategic issues, accelerate growth, and enhance the reputation and brand of their organizations in the context of strongly held values", and other nonsensical business-speak. The important point is that, as a close confidant, Giuliani took Mr Sheirer with him, with Sheirer currently enjoying life as Vice President at Gilliani and Partners. The 'bizarre coincidence' that I want to point out here is that Sheirer, and the above mentioned Visor Consulting director Peter Power, are quite well acquainted with each other and, as of Jan 2005, both were serving on the advisory board of the Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness and both Guiliani and Partners and Visor Consulting specialise in security preparedness and mock terror drills. Guess where Rudolf Giuliani just happened to be on the morning ofJuly 7th 2005? Rudy was lounging at the Great Eastern hotel just a few yards from Liverpool street station where one of the bombs went off. In the same Great Eastern hotel where Giuliani was staying, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange just happened to be hosting its economic conference.
Equally absent from the official British government narrative report on the London bombings is any reference to a very disturbing eyewitness report from the Cambridge Evening News from July 2005. Dancer Bruce Lait had just boarded the train atLiverpool Street station on his way to the South Bank for a rehearsal when an explosion occurred: "We'd been on there for a minute at most and then something happened. It was like a huge electricity surge which knocked us out and burst our eardrums. [...] We were right in the carriage where the bomb was. I was knocked out. I did not know what was going on." He and Crystal (his dance partner) were helped out of the carriage. As they made their way out, a policeman pointed out where the bomb had been. "The policeman said 'mind that hole, that's where the bomb was'. The metal was pushed upwards as if the bomb was underneath the train. They seem to think the bomb was left in a bag, but I don't remember anybody being where the bomb was, or any bag." clip..

Probably both. Instead of a terrorist attack, the crime begins to look like a huge scam with billions in profits and thousands dead.
According to the London Times: "The Comex metals trading division of the New York Mercantile Exchange kept 3,800 gold bars - weighing 12 tonnes and worth more than $100 million (£70 million) - in vaults in the building's basement. Comex also held almost 800,000 ounces of gold there on behalf of others, with a value of about $220 million (worth more than $560,000,000 today). It also held more than 102 million ounces of silver, worth $430 million (Worth $1.5 billion today). The Bank of Nova Scotia, which kept gold in the Comex vault, reported $200 million of gold lost in the wreckage Lost!. Comex also held precious metals for Chase Manhattan Bank, the Bank of New York and Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking." Not surprisingly, one massive gold-filled truck was discovered, crushed, in the tunnels below the WTC complex.
