All Free-Conversant sites now have access to a super-powered tool for building clean, dynamic, useful navigation bars.

There's no reason to document them here, as the tool includes its own built-in documentation. However, we'll just include a few basic steps to get you started.

  • Visit /yourSiteName/admin/conversations/yourSiteName/navigation/
  • Type in a name for a nav bar
  • Ignore the popup menu for now (it'll be more useful after you've got some navbars already)
  • Click on the New Navigation Bar button
  • From that point on, you can follow the step-by-step instructions for creating a navbar that are built in to the admin site. Just click on the Docs link at the top of the page.

That's all there is to it!

You may not realize how cool or powerful this feature is until you've had a chance to play (um... work) with it for a little while. Experiment! Have fun with it! If you come up with something good, let us know about it.
