Method: isCheckedOutBy
Description:
Determine the userId of member currently holding message custody.
Required Parameters:
- zoneId: [ string ] Unique identifier of a zone.
- convId: [ string ] Unique identifier of a conversation. This will be the name of the conversation as it appears in the admin interface.
- msgNum
Optional Parameters:
- None
